This book really is a must for anyone with a love for Mini's. As well as being beautifully illustrated, unlike a lot of simular books, this is one that you will actually want to read. It gives a definative history of the Mini, from its initial development right throught to the final one rolling off the production line. All of the different models are covered in detail, and unlike a lot of books, the Wolsey Hornet and Riley Elf have not been ignored. This is the ultimate book on Mods. The photos are fantastic and very authentic. No dodgy pictures of models on scooters, just real mods. The text tells the story of being a mod in 60's London, the clothes, pills, clubs and scooters. It is written by someone who was a face on the mod scence, and it gives a great insight into the life.
